How to check your Moldova application

Step-by-step instructions

1. Choose Check your application status rather than Check visa.
2. Enter the file number and email address, complete the verification code and select Check.
3. Read the file result. Use the official result to correct a returned file or download the visa or refusal information where provided.

Choose the correct application type

Check visa is a separate service for an issued visa number. The file-status service is the appropriate starting point for the pending application.

Information to keep ready

Keep your application acknowledgement, submission date, visa category and the name of the submitting office available. The official service determines which identifiers are required. Enter personal information only in that service; VisaWand does not need your passport number, login password or application reference.

If the record cannot be found

Compare the service and reference with your receipt and check the fields requested on the official screen. A technical error or missing result does not establish a decision. Follow the handling office’s help instructions if the record still cannot be retrieved.

After an update or decision

Read the actual notice and any document request, collection instruction or deadline. Passport movement, the validity of an issued permission and progress of a pending application are separate checks. Use the decision notice to confirm the outcome and next action.
