How to check your Oman application
Oman visa applications recorded in Royal Oman Police services.
Royal Oman Police eVisa tracking
evisa.rop.gov.om
Open official service ↗Step-by-step instructions
- Open Track Your Application on the official Oman eVisa website.
- Follow the current screen: the tracker displays visa application number, travel document number, nationality and a verification field; it also directs account users to Find Visa Application after login.
- Read the application result in the route appropriate to your case. Contact ROP through its official help channel if your reference is not recognised.
Choose the correct application type
The Royal Oman Police also provides a Visa Application Status Enquiry service. Use the route matching your original application rather than an unrelated visa-validity check.
Information to keep ready
Keep your application acknowledgement, submission date, visa category and the name of the submitting office available. The official service determines which identifiers are required. Enter personal information only in that service; VisaWand does not need your passport number, login password or application reference.
If the record cannot be found
Compare the service and reference with your receipt and check the fields requested on the official screen. A technical error or missing result does not establish a decision. Follow the handling office’s help instructions if the record still cannot be retrieved.
After an update or decision
Read the actual notice and any document request, collection instruction or deadline. Passport movement, the validity of an issued permission and progress of a pending application are separate checks. Use the decision notice to confirm the outcome and next action.

Travel-advice references provide entry and consular context. They do not supply a private application result, and nationality-specific entry advice must not be applied to every passport.
