How to check your Qatar application

Qatar work and visit visa enquiries handled by the Ministry of Interior.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Open MOI Visa Services and select the enquiry matching your case: approval tracking or visa enquiry and printing.
2. Use the application or visa number and the other identification fields displayed by the selected service.
3. Read the result and any printing instructions. If a sponsor submitted the request, ask the sponsor for the reference needed by MOI.

Choose the correct application type

This MOI route is distinct from a Hayya application account. If your confirmation came from another official platform, return to that platform.

Information to keep ready

Keep your application acknowledgement, submission date, visa category and the name of the submitting office available. The official service determines which identifiers are required. Enter personal information only in that service; VisaWand does not need your passport number, login password or application reference.

If the record cannot be found

Compare the service and reference with your receipt and check the fields requested on the official screen. A technical error or missing result does not establish a decision. Follow the handling office’s help instructions if the record still cannot be retrieved.

After an update or decision

Read the actual notice and any document request, collection instruction or deadline. Passport movement, the validity of an issued permission and progress of a pending application are separate checks. Use the decision notice to confirm the outcome and next action.
