Report a possible error

Email [email protected] with the subject “VisaWand news correction request”, or use the contact page. Please include:

• The article URL and title.
• The specific statement you believe is incorrect.
• The proposed correction and the reason for it.
• A direct official source or other supporting evidence, where available.

Please do not send passport numbers, application credentials or other sensitive personal information to explain an editorial issue.

How requests are assessed

Our editorial team reviews the reported statement against the cited sources and any additional evidence. A disagreement about an interpretation is considered separately from a demonstrable factual mistake. A subsequent policy change can require an update without making the original dated report inaccurate.

How corrections appear

When a material factual correction is made, we retain the article URL and original publication date, add an Updated date and explain the correction on the article. Prior content is retained in the internal editorial revision record. Minor spelling or formatting changes that do not alter meaning may be made without a material-correction note.

We do not change dates simply to make old reporting appear fresh. If an article cannot be corrected adequately and needs to be withdrawn, the page should explain that decision rather than silently presenting replacement reporting under the same original claim.

Official decisions and individual cases

A correction request concerns VisaWand's reporting. It does not amend an immigration application or replace an appeal, complaint or enquiry to the responsible authority. For a case-specific deadline or decision, use the official procedure linked in the article.
