For customers
C1. Selecting a consultant and requesting a consultation
Review the consultant’s identity, experience, relevant regulatory status, languages, consultation duration, fee and service scope before booking. A badge describes platform checks; independently confirm any licence required for the jurisdiction and service concerned. Tell the consultant about material deadlines and provide accurate facts rather than assuming the platform can infer them from your selected destination.
A paid request may await the consultant’s acceptance. Check your dashboard and confirmation messages for the acceptance status, date, time zone and joining arrangements. If a consultant cannot fulfil the request, contact support about an appropriate alternative or refund. You are not required to accept materially different services without agreement.
C2. Attending and preparing for the service
Provide a working contact address, a suitable connection and timely access to the agreed meeting facility. Keep links private. Tell support promptly if the meeting link fails, the consultant does not attend or you cannot join. Supply relevant information in advance where requested, but upload only documents needed for the consultation and use the designated workspace rather than public reviews.
Do not secretly record, distribute or publish a consultation. Recording requires prior agreement of all relevant participants and compliance with applicable law. A consultation does not authorise either party to use the other’s identity or confidential records for unrelated purposes.
C3. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Request cancellation or rescheduling through the available booking controls or support as soon as possible. Any specific deadline or charge must be disclosed for the booking; these Terms do not invent a universal automatic cancellation window. Support will consider the booking’s disclosed conditions, whether the service was accepted or delivered, the reason for the request and applicable consumer law.
If an accepted paid consultation cannot be provided, you may request an agreed replacement, rescheduling or a refund for the unprovided service. Customer lateness, non-attendance, partial performance and complaints about service quality require assessment rather than an assumed automatic refund. Government refusal, changed personal plans or dissatisfaction with an authority’s rules does not alone establish a refund right for a consultation already properly delivered.
Where applicable law gives a cooling-off or withdrawal right, that right applies. Any request to begin a service during such a period, and any lawful effect on withdrawal rights after performance, must be handled through the required express request and acknowledgement; this paragraph alone is not that acknowledgement. An approved refund is normally returned through the original payment channel where supported. Bank and provider processing affect when it appears; a submitted refund request is not confirmation that funds have arrived.
C4. Advice, documents and later representation
The consultant’s assessment depends on the information you disclose and the rules in force at the relevant time. You remain responsible for government submissions and deadlines unless a separate professional engagement expressly assigns that work. Do not rely on an introductory consultation as confirmation that an application has been filed.
Check the proposed scope, professional authority, fees, document arrangements and privacy notice before agreeing to continuing representation or an external service. Transactions independently arranged outside VisaWand may not be visible to our support team or covered by platform payment records.
C5. Reviews and service concerns
Reviews must describe a genuine experience, avoid fabricated claims and omit passport numbers, contact details and other unnecessary private information. Reviews may be checked and moderated. We may request supporting booking information and allow a response, but neither a payment nor a positive outcome entitles a party to fabricate a review or silence a lawful complaint.
For consultants
P1. Registration, claims and professional authority
Provide accurate personal and business details, contact information, experience, qualifications and any licence or registration needed for the services and jurisdictions you advertise. Claim only profiles you own or are authorised to manage. We may request evidence, correct a misleading listing or suspend publication while a material issue is investigated.
You must maintain required authorisations, insurance where required by law, and a lawful basis to advise clients in the relevant jurisdiction. Notify us promptly of a material restriction, expiry or disciplinary outcome affecting advertised services. Platform approval does not replace professional regulation or transfer your professional responsibilities to VisaWand.
P2. Listings, availability and service standards
Keep pricing, languages, availability and scope accurate. Do not guarantee visas, imply governmental influence, misrepresent success statistics or offer unlawful document or application services. Accept only work you can competently perform and attend accepted appointments. Explain limitations, conflicts of interest and any need for specialist representation before a customer relies on your advice.
Communicate respectfully, provide the agreed consultation and keep suitable professional records. If unable to fulfil an appointment, notify the customer and VisaWand promptly and cooperate with rescheduling or refund handling. Do not describe a pending request as completed solely to release earnings.
P3. Platform charges, earnings and payouts
VisaWand charges consultants a 15% commission on consultation fees booked through the platform. The commission is deducted from the consultant’s consultation earnings; it is separate from any optional subscription or business-listing fee. For example, on a USD 100 consultation fee, the standard commission is USD 15 and the consultant’s share is USD 85 before any other applicable adjustments. Any separately agreed rate or expressly disclosed promotional arrangement governs the affected transaction. Review the booking’s financial breakdown for the amount and adjustments recorded for that booking.
Recorded earnings may be subject to completion checks, refunds, disputes, fraud review and payment-provider requirements. A dashboard balance is not a promise of immediate transfer. We may adjust or recover amounts attributable to a valid refund, payment reversal, duplicate entry or established error, subject to the agreement and law. You remain responsible for your taxes and required invoices; we do not promise that platform deductions satisfy your tax obligations.
P4. Recurring plans and marketplace advertisements
If you purchase an optional recurring plan, the checkout must state its price, billing interval and renewal terms. Cancel using the available billing controls or support before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation does not by itself refund the current paid period; any applicable refund or withdrawal rights remain available.
Travel Marketplace business listings are a separate product. Their current advertised price is USD 49.50 per month per listing unless a different offer is clearly shown. Payment unlocks submission of business information; publication requires administrator approval and a current paid period. Payment does not guarantee approval, leads or sales. If approval is refused, contact support regarding the payment and applicable refund rights. Deleting content and cancelling a billing subscription are distinct actions; confirm the billing status rather than assuming that removing a public link cancels renewal.
P5. Customer confidentiality and lawful use of data
Use customer contact details, communications and documents only to deliver the agreed service, administer the engagement and meet lawful professional obligations. Apply appropriate security and limit access to authorised personnel. Do not sell customer records, use immigration documents for unrelated marketing, disclose them publicly or reuse them to impersonate a customer.
Where you independently determine how client information is used, you are responsible for your own privacy notice, lawful basis, retention and handling of individual rights. Do not upload a customer’s documents into an unrelated AI or other external service without the necessary authority and safeguards. Notify VisaWand promptly of an incident affecting information received through the platform and cooperate in containment and legally required notifications.
P6. Disputes, departures and content rights
Cooperate with reasonable requests for booking evidence when a customer raises a service issue or payment dispute. Provide accurate records rather than pressuring a customer to withdraw a complaint. Before leaving the platform, arrange the lawful handling of outstanding appointments, client files and financial matters. Ending a listing does not cancel an already accepted professional duty.
You authorise display of the professional and business materials you submit, subject to the limited content licence above. Use only logos, photographs and testimonials you are entitled to supply. We may retain non-public transaction, verification and dispute records where needed under the Privacy Policy even after a profile is removed.
